I cant seem to find anywhere to plug in my Silent Cat HSF to power it..... There are the three places where I took out the Dell fans, but there are these stupid plastic sheathes arount the prongs... any ideas?

hrm, well I found a way to do it without having one of those, I put the Dell connector on the HSF

Is the HSF plugged into the mobo? Are you getting Fan Failure Errors at Bootup? Let us know, thanks!

Not for the fan I have it connected too...... (one of the rear fan ones, considering I figured it would have more power anyways) but still for the other two, obviously heh... so I guess if you wanted to thats a way to fix your problems, just connect the fans through there, though its not good for the mobo...

now this gets me thinking, what if I spliced the connectors from the fans onto the RPM gague wire of the 2 left over fans that I have? That would mean that I could see what those were moving at too, wouldnt it? now I just have to figure out what cord is the RPM wire and which other two are the power..... yellow is probably RPM wire......
