Talk about bad luck. I got business done on CPU. I got a map in on Desert Combat. I leave the house for an hour, come back and my Video Card is dead. It gets power to the card but that's it. I know it's not monitor as I tried another and I tossed the card in another machine with same results. Anybody else have problems with theirs. No overclocking on this card either. I just use standard overdrive with ATI Drivers. ATI 9800XT 256MB.

Has your warranty expired?

Don't take this the wrong way but this is a technical forum so helpful posts should only apply and not just a "that sucks" post.
Yes it sucks as that is obvious and my warranty is still intact. I have contacted Dell to resolve the problem but wanted to know if anyone encountered the same problem.

I called tech support and they shipped a replacement card overnight. I had the card delivered and installed before 10:00 the next morning.
There was no hassle, no problems, and no gaming downtime. Dell support worked like it was supposed to for a change.
Note to others, they do replace refurb parts with refurb parts first and then new if they are out of stock. They will also replace same card but if they are completely out of stock they will upgrade to next model.
