The 80 to 92mm Fan Mounting Bracket comes with the ThermalTake UFO#2 Heatsink Fan which was purchased at PCToyland.com. The Bracket adds about an Inch Gap Between the Dell Heatsink and The UFO Fan Blades for Good, Even Air Coverage. ======================================= Also, You may want to get MotherBoard Monitor to monitor your CPU/Case/Mem temperatures. xpsmodz.proboards33.com/index.cgi?board=overcool&action=display&thread=1086760402&start=0T.RoW

Also, I was wondering if you used plexiglass or acrilic stuff for your wnidow..... and where you go it, and if it can be cut (I want to keep the Dell logo in tact)

Also, I was wondering if you used plexiglass or acrilic stuff for your wnidow..... and where you go it, and if it can be cut (I want to keep the Dell logo in tact) I purchased a 12x8 inch Cast Acrylic Kit from FrozenCPU.com. www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/scan/se=Windows/se=Clear%20Window%20Kits/mp=menu_search.html8 inches in width was cutting it close as part of Case Locking Handle Mechanism was cut, and with Full operation of the handle intact. Also, the DELL logo wouldnt be a problem if you cut around it. This will take a Bigger Piece of Acrylic and Steady Dremel Work. But would look cool. To illustrate how tight an area: Stage 4 Tips, Pic, etc...can be found here: www.umsl.edu/~natc7d/Stage4.htm=======================================

I had to use about 30 Dremel Metal Cutting Disks to complete the Window. I followed it up with a grind stone to smooth the edges. The Latch for the Case however was a challenge. I cut off a portion of the latch and preserved its use. For the XPS Gen 4 I have no idea what the case measurements are. If you click Here, scroll down toward the bottom of the screen for some more pics. I got the acrylic from FrozenCPU.com. 12x8 Size.
