I finally got around to checking my memory modules on my X800 XT and this is what is on the chip:
Samsung 416 k4j55323QF-GC20
I am assuming that the 20 at the end of the second line means they are 2.0ns modules. Can anyone verify this?

2.0 is correct.
Also, that takes back the theory of flashing to X800XTPE bios as well. As the result will be corrupted screen images, etc..
Just overclock safely, and your good to go. T.RoW

If you scroll down on this page, you can see your exact model # for your 500mhz, 2.0ns Samsung RAM. 2.0ns is rated at 500mhz, yet people have gone beyond these speeds with stability. T.RoW
