So I'm poking around my gen3 chassis, and don't see any spare power repectacles. Can I just get and adapter to piggy back of one of the 4 pin power connectors for the CDroms to get power to a couple of fans?

Yeah, they come with some fans (came with all mine thankfully) the 3 pinned fan connectors are propriatary (sp?) because they dont want you to put in any extra fans, but I just spliced an old dell connector when I connected a HSF I put in... works fine and you can tell the temps  |
