is the gpu environment temp the same as the case temp? cause mine is about 45 idle 60 load

I dont think so, I think that is the reading of the senor built into your VPU. If you have an ambient temp in your case of 45, your in trouble!

The "Local" LM63 monitoring chip for X800 Series cards can be seen below. These cares have the sensors built in the VPU(remote) and the LM63 Chip(Local). Since the "LM63"(local) sensor is so close to the Copper heatplate, its not surprising to see temps like this. In fact, my Local Remote sometimes goes up to 41c. This is including a ATi Silencer 4, and other mods. T.RoW
