The following changes have been made to BIOS rev A03 to create A04:
1. Updated newer CPUs detection and micro code 2. Improved network wake control functionality 3. Improved SMBIOS CPU speed reporting 4. Fixed a problem with USB remote controls 5. Improved USB hub support 6. Improved PCI space allocation 7. Fixed a problem with old, small hard drives 8. Made the BIOS update program more robust 9. Allow USB keys to boot on systems with no video 10. Improved ATAPI device detection

When I read the title of the thread, I thought to myself, "About damn time they released a New Bios for the Gen1."

Speaking of Bios updates...did you do any Trow for your Gen 1? Anyone do any for Gen 2?

Ugh, I was so frustrated by my first bios update. Slowed the crap outta my computer. I had to revert to the A00 or whatever was stock

Gen1:
Updated to A03 in late 2003 to add support for 3.2CPU.
