I just downloaded motherboard monitor but I'am not sure as to what motherboard to chose when I pick a dell xps motherbaord (all revisions) I dont get and temps on my system it says my mohterboard is at -1 celsious... what motherboard am I suppose to pick and what settiings do I have ti chose? ? any help would be greatly apprciated

I'm guessing from you signature that you have a Gen 4 and unfortunately if thats the case you cannot monitor your temps unless you buy something to monitor them... sorry to disappoint, but for some odd reason the gen 4's and 5's ( i think) don't have temp sensors for some ungodly reason.

I have a gen 5 but I have read somewhere about installing this software but for some reason maybe you are right when I pick the dell xps board for MBM it doesnt have any temps

I know with my gen 4 it didn't bring anything up because it didn't have any temp sensors. I think the gen 5 is the same way. Correct me if i'm wrong but i think the XPS 600 has them back.. Why they were taken out in the first place is beyond me considering usually gamers find that type of thing important lol

MBM is no longer supported by the programs author. You would need to know the chip number of the environment chip that would be used by the motherboard and the means used to access it. Then you would have to edit a chip ini file with various parameters to be used in caclulating the temps.

wow sounds like a big process to get it to work with my GEN 5 is there any way to uninstall MBM safely?? I know that it messes up the .INI files when you do
