Dell XPS support is going overseas to the Phillipines and India by July 1, 2009. Dell is in the process of shutting down all XPS support sites in North America. Good luck with all that language translation and with trying to be understood. One of the most universal comments to tech support is "I'm glad I can understand you, and you can understand me.". Dell is going to address that issue by making you pay more to be understood and to speak with a native english speaking person. Did they consult with their stakeholders, the owners of XPS? Nevermind. Of course not. It was a rhetorical question.
